Jane Brady, AuD

Jane Brady is a Fellow with the American Academy of Audiology and has been practicing audiology and hearing aid dispensing for over 30 years. She specializes in hearing loss treatment with an extensive background in diagnostics, amplification treatments, cognition, aural rehabilitation, tinnitus, and musician hearing conservation.  In addition, Jane Brady has specialized training in dementia.Dr Brady currently sits on two Advisory Panels in order to help expand and enhance the field of audiology in the 21st Century as we recognize and welcome the changing landscape.  In addition, she is participating in a real world data collection study on the relationship between Cognition and Hearing Loss..Practicing at the Neuroscience Institute of JFK Medical Center, spending 10+ years in the medical/ ENT setting and most recently, for 15 years, owning Horizon Audiology has enabled her to recognize critical audiologic findings requiring medical attention.  Over the 30 year career, she has developed relationships with the best local specialists when referral is necessary and coordinated care is required. She has been practicing Audiologic Best Practice for decades and developing relationships for a lifetime.  Throughout her career, she has supervised future audiologists from University of Florida, Bloomsburg University, Towson University, Salus University, Montclair State University, Monmouth University and Boston College.  She works with multiple hearing aid manufacturers (7+) and works to ensure proper fitting of devices wherever they may be obtained. Using self assessments on perceived hearing loss, comprehensive diagnostics, individualized treatment plans and thorough follow up; we have become the most respected audiologic clinic in NJ.    This comes naturally when you surround yourself with a staff that cares deeply about the people we treat and we hope to continue providing that patient centered care for years to come.
