Michele Hillard, AuD

Dr. Hillard was born and raised in Kirkland, Washington, and obtained her Master’s Degree in Audiology from Western Washington University and her Doctorate (Au.D.) from AT Still University. She has been practicing audiology since 1996, providing professional and caring services to those with hearing loss. She has worked in a variety of settings, including an Ear, Nose, and Throat physician’s office, a nonprofit hearing and speech center, and in a private practice.  Dr. Hillard feels it is very important to get to know her patients to best understand their communication needs and goals.  She takes the time to educate people about their hearing loss and treatment options and treats each individual with a customized approach.  She feels that it is critical to utilize proven validation and verification measures to ensure that each patient receives the maximum benefit from their instruments to achieve the best possible outcome.   She is honored to be a member of a network that recognizes the value of providing the gold standard of care in audiology using Best Practices.  Dr. Hillard loves the field of audiology as it allows her to connect with a wide variety of people and work with amazing technology that is constantly changing and improving.  She finds it very rewarding when she is able to improve the quality of her patients’ lives.  In her time off, you can usually find her with her nose in a book, or camping with her husband, 2 daughters, and2 dogs.‍‍
