Hear and Clear Care is an independent, locally-owned clinic. 

We are passionate about building long-lasting relationships and guiding people along their hearing care journey. We always spend the time to get to know our clients, their interests and their communication needs. As part of the local community, we’re never too far away.

Emma Batrouney, owner of Hear and Clear Care graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Master of Clinical Audiology. More recently, Emma also completed a Graduate Certificate of Commerce and is currently earning her doctorate of audiology from A.T. Still University of Health Sciences.

At Hear and Clear Care, we specialise in ear wax removal, general hearing health checks, comprehensive hearing assessments, custom made ear plugs and hearing aid consultations, we are your main port of call for all your hearing needs. In this fast-changing world, we always ensure we are up to date with the latest developments and studies through our memberships to Audiology Australia, Hearing Business Alliance and other professional bodies.
