Peter Altidis is senior audiologist and manager of More Than Hearing’s transdisciplinary team. Since graduating in 1987, he has gained a wealth of experience working in private practice, hospitals including the Eye and Ear, and with the University of Melbourne. He has been involved in the training and education programs for Audiology, Speech Pathology and Medical Students.
Peter is a past president of the Australian Association of Audiologist’s in Private Practice. He has presented papers on auditory processing, hearing rehabilitation, and listening and cognition at both national and international conferences. He has been involved in research into tinnitus and hearing rehabilitation with an extensive experience in the treatment of auditory processing and communication disorders in both children and adults, and works alongside ear, nose and throat surgeons in the assessment and management of balance disorders.
