Andrea Gray, M.S.

Andrea Gray is a licensed audiologist with over two decades of experience serving Tippecanoe County. A Purdue University Graduate, she has worked at the Lafayette Hearing Center since 2016 and delivers highly personalized, patient-centered care.

Known for her deep empathy and collaborative approach, Andrea has extensive experience supporting individuals with complex needs, including those with visual impairments and multiple disabilities. She believes that meaningful hearing care starts with listening — both to what patients say and what they need — and works to build strong, supportive relationships at every stage of care. Andrea has also served her profession on the state level as the chair of the IN Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Board, helping shape the future of the profession through advocacy and leadership.
