Jody Costanzo, AuD

Jody Costanzo, AuD began her audiology career in 1998 when digital hearing aid technology was just emerging. As new innovations evolved with hearing aids, Dr. Costanzo’s skills and expertise evolved with them.  She has been recognized several times as an American Academy of Audiology Scholar for her pursuit of ongoing continuing education. Dr. Costanzo’s practice focus is hearing aids for adults, and she diligently follows Best Practices to ensure each patient is achieving the maximum benefit from their hearing aids.  She especially enjoys the challenge of troubleshooting fittings and converting unsuccessful hearing aid users into successful hearing aid users.  Even the most sophisticated hearing aids will underperform if they are not fit properly.  By following Best Practices, she verifies the efficacy of her fittings to ensure audibility of important speech sounds while maintaining comfort, even in challenging listening situations. Dr. Costanzo joined the team of audiologists at The Villages Health in 2018.  In her spare time she, her husband, and teenage daughter are all actively involved in live music and the performing arts.
