Dr. Gosalia was born in NY and raised in AZ, where he completed most of his education. Most recently, he sold his private practice in Vancouver, WA and moved to sunny southern California and joined the growing West Valley Hearing Center in 2017. He has been elected to the American Board of Audiology Board of Governors, President of the Arizona Speech-Language-Hearing Association and chair of American Academy of Audiology Sub-Committee.
Dr. Dawn Heiman attained her Clinical Doctorate in Audiology (AuD) from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, School of Audiology. Dr. Heiman is President-Elect for the Academy of Doctors of Audiology and Fellow member of the American Academy of Audiology and the Illinois Academy of Audiology. Dr. Dawn Heiman has given many lectures on various topics regarding hearing loss and is a recognized expert in the field of hearing health.
Dr. Natalie Phillips has worked as an audiologist for more than 25 years in six states. Dr. Phillips has worked with neurotologists, otolaryngologists, and brain concussion specialists to help her patients. She has been involved in clinical trial research for implantable devices and cochlear implants, including working on the first single-channel cochlear implant with Dr. William House. Outside of Audiology, Dr. Phillips is an entrepreneur, business owner, business coach, social media coach, podcast host, and best-selling author.
Dr. Scot Frink grew up in the field of audiology. His father, having started Salem Audiology Clinic in 1982 was one of the first private practice audiology clinics in the United States. Obtaining his Master’s Degree in Audiology in 2004, Dr.Frink has been involved in the hearing industry since 1990.
Scot previously worked as a regional trainer for Phonak Hearing systems from 1999 – 2001. In 2002 he decided to return to private practice and is now co-owner of Salem Audiology Clinic.
Michael Valente, PhD, has been one of the leaders in the profession of audiology. As professor of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, and the director of Adult Audiology at Washington University School of Medicine in St Louis, Dr Valente is the author and co-author of four books, and is a well-known authority on audiologic testing, hearing aid fitting, research, and single-sided deafness. Additionally, as a clinical researcher who regularly sees patients, he has shared his practical knowledge and skills with the profession—while serving as a fantastic mentor to students for decades.
Dr. Abram Bailey is a leading expert on consumer technology in the hearing care industry. He is a staunch advocate for person-centered hearing care and audiological best practices, and welcomes any technological innovation that improves access to quality hearing outcomes. Dr. Bailey holds a doctoral degree in audiology from Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
