Alex Lee is a compassionate board-certified hearing instrument specialist proudly serving community members from across the region at Professional Hearing’s Westborough, Massachusetts, office. Diagnosed with hearing loss in the first grade, Alex received exceptional hearing care from his father, whose guidance and support inspired his dedication to patients today.

Alex’s early experience with hearing loss in both ears not only gave him firsthand insight into the daily challenges it can bring but also a deep appreciation for the life-changing impact of expert care. Having inherited his father’s high standards, he now provides the same premier level of service. He takes time to understand each patient’s individual needs, delivers personalized solutions, and continually evaluates the latest innovations in hearing technology to ensure the best
recommendations.

Alex holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Fairfield University and served as a Peace Corps volunteer for 27 months in Albania, where he worked on community projects like helping fund and install a playground in partnership with the local municipality and residents. He also led environmental-protection projects with high school students.

Outside the office, Alex enjoys playing the guitar, traveling, and trying new foods.
