Danielle Towner, HIS

Danielle “Dani” Towner, a hearing instrument specialist at Krista Szalc Audiology, PLLC, in Dansville and Hornell, NY, plays an important role in helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their hearing care journey. She focuses on making sure each person not only hears better but is supported every step of the way to make the most of their ongoing care.

Dani joined the practice over 9 years ago and trained closely under audiologist and owner Dr. Krista Szalc, combining hands-on experience with formal education. Before entering the hearing field, she spent 8+ years working in a hospital as a patient care coordinator, where she developed a strong foundation in patient support and communication.

Dani has extensive experience servicing and troubleshooting hearing devices, and she takes pride in making sure patients feel at ease and understand how to get the most from their technology. A longtime member of the community, Dani lives in Hornell with her two daughters and has spent many years giving back through multiple community volunteer and youth sports programs. She values building real connections with the people she serves and is dedicated to helping her neighbors stay connected to the sounds and moments that matter most.
