Elizabeth Bonilla, AuD

Dr. Elizabeth Bonilla grew up in Jacksonville, North Carolina, and earned both her bachelor’s degree in speech and hearing sciences and her Doctor of Audiology degree from East Carolina University. She provides compassionate, comprehensive hearing care at Aim Hearing – Tinnitus & Audiology Wellness Center, serving patients in Greensboro, North Carolina, and the surrounding Piedmont Triad area.

Her approach centers on thorough hearing evaluations, personalized treatment consultations, and preventive maintenance to support each patient’s long-term well being. Between appointments, she enjoys giving attention to Molly and Stella, the practice’s beloved therapy dogs.

Elizabeth treasures the relationships she’s built at Aim Hearing. She recalls introducing herself to a longtime patient who quickly reassured her she was “exactly where she needed to be because Aim Hearing was the best part of Greensboro.” For her, every success story is a reminder of why she chose this profession. Outside the clinic, Elizabeth and her husband enjoy exploring local parks, hiking, and shopping at farmers markets. As a triplet from a large family, she also makes frequent trips along the East Coast to visit loved ones.
