Mark Datuin, AuD

Dr. Mark Datuin has been part of Mission Audiology since 2018. He earned his Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree from the joint San Diego State University/University of California San Diego program and his bachelor’s degree from UC Irvine. A native of Orange County, Dr. Datuin is proud to serve Mission Viejo and the same surrounding Orange County community where he grew up and continues to live.

Inspired by his love of live music, Dr. Datuin is passionate about helping patients experience the sounds that make life meaningful. He provides individualized hearing care using evidence-based best practices and the most advanced hearing technology available to ensure optimal outcomes. Before joining Mission Audiology, he gained valuable clinical experience in hospitals and ENT settings, where he developed a strong foundation in medical audiology.

Dedicated to advancing his field, Dr. Datuin has presented research at the International Hearing Aid Conference (IHCON) and volunteers with the California Academy of Audiology and local schools. His patient-centered approach and commitment to excellence help ensure every patient receives the highest level of care and ongoing support on their hearing journey.
